Self introduction!


     Hello, I'm Ai Inokubo. I'm from Nara, but I live in Kyoto now, because when I was a junior high school student I moved to Kizugawa city in Kyoto. I lived Nara for about 14 years since I was born, so I really like Nara. Nara is not a large city, but there are many historical buildings and people are very kind.
     I went a high school in Nara and when I was in high school, I went to Australia on school trip. Then I thought I want to be able to speak English well and I want to know about foreign cultures. So, I chose this course of college.
     I like to listening music such as Celine Dion, Bruno Mars and so on.Also I like watching comedy and Youtube in my free time. On my day off, I like to go shopping or go to cafe with my friends, take a walk with my 2 dogs and my mother.
     I have a part time job at pudding shop in Nara. I enjoy my job and meet many customers. Of course I sell many puddings, but I also make soft cream! This soft cream is very famous and popular among people. Because this is instagram-worthy!
     I think I want to enjoy studying English and  my part time job and also my free time!!

    I knew that you’ve worked at a pudding shop in Nara, but I’ve never been there. So I want to go there someday!!

Letter to Fred ~A Christmas Carol~

     Thank you for reading my blog this week. Today, I’d like to write a letter to a character. I think I try to write a letter to Scrooge’s nephew. Before I start writing a letter, I’m going to introduce you to nephew. On the Christmas Eve, he visited to uncle’s house (Scrooge’s house) and invited to Scrooge to his house and have a dinner together, but Scrooge refused it. Because Scrooge thought Christmas is humbug, what’s Christmas? The nephew just wanted to enjoy Christmas with him, so he was disappointed. At last, he left the room without an angry word. Dear Fred How are you doing? I heard you were refused to come and have dinner together by Scrooge, your uncle. I know you just want to enjoy the Christmas party with your family. I, ROBOT

Thank you for reading my blog this week. I finished reading A Christmas Carol, so I started reading another book, I, Robot . At first, I have watched this story of movie, maybe. So, when I found this book in the library, I want to read this in English. Human being is a weak creature, because we need air, water and food. On the other hand, robot doesn’t need anything except electricity. Human being can’t work if the temperature is too hot or too cold. However, robot is made of metal. So, they never sleep and can work anywhere in any temperature. They are sometimes stronger than human beings. Recently, AI is outstanding. They are very useful and make our life easier to live by some way. However, is it really need? Will it be a menace to the exist of us? See you in my next post.

My favorite character ~Notting Hill~

Thank you for reading my blog this week. Today, I’d like to write about my favorite character in Notting Hill . I can’t decide which character is the best, Anna and William. However, I have favorite word by Anna. When Anna said that she loves him, but William refused it, because he knew he didn’t suit her. Then, Anna said “It’s not real, you know… being famous. I’m also just a girl. Standing in front of a boy. Asking him to love her.” I really like this word. So, I like Anna. That’s the way of thinking of her. If she is very famous all over the world, she is also just a girl. She wants to love someone the same as other girl. I want to watch the movie of this story!! Have you ever watched Notting Hill ?
